Achievements:
URC, Dhamrai is committed to ensuring equitable and quality pre-primary and primary education. The overall responsibility of primary education is constitutionally on the state and considering that primary education has been made constitutionally unpaid and compulsory. There is no substitute for quality teachers to ensure quality primary education. In order to create quality teachers, Upazila Resource Center, Dhamrai, Dhaka, 230 people in FY 2018-19, 854 people in FY 2019-20, 24 people in FY 2020-21. And providing overall support for online teaching. Teachers in the upazila have been informed about the annual recovery lesson plan along with the plan to fill the learning deficit. Regular academic supervision (direct and virtual) has been done as per the standards of the schools. Besides, all suggestions are being given for the development of model government primary school adjacent to URC. According to the annual work plan, various national day celebrations, tree planting programs, school level mother gatherings, home visits, backyard meetings, child rearing, covid-19 warnings, zoom meeting on health care, social distance, 20 second hand wash with soap , Various activities including the meeting of the Upazila Education Committee are coordinated with the Upazila Education Officer.

 Teachers of the upazila have been provided with thematic and other trainings, through which the teachers have become proficient in applying proper methods and techniques in conducting teaching-learning activities through acquiring professional skills.
 Teachers have been trained to identify, demand, collect, manufacture, use and store textbooks through various trainings.

 Assistance has been provided to ensure the application of teacher qualifications in school management and classroom management through training of head teachers through the formation of academic leaders.
চাহিদা Professional skills of teachers have been enhanced by prioritizing the demands received through fortnightly meetings in schools, making demand-based sub-cluster leaflets, approving them through appropriate authorities, implementing them, monitoring and sending reports.
Teacher The smooth implementation of Teacher Support Network through Lesson Study (TSN) activities in schools is playing an important role in improving the professional skills of teachers and improving the quality of teaching and learning activities in the classroom.
 During each visit, he exchanged views with concerned persons on child marriage, morality, drugs, militancy and anti-terrorism activities.
