Achievements:
URC, Dhamrai is committed to ensuring equitable and quality pre-primary and primary education. The overall responsibility of primary education is constitutionally on the state and considering that primary education has been made constitutionally unpaid and compulsory. There is no substitute for quality teachers to ensure quality primary education. In order to create quality teachers, Upazila Resource Center, Dhamrai, Dhaka, 230 people in FY 2018-19, 854 people in FY 2019-20, 24 people in FY 2020-21. And providing overall support for online teaching. Teachers in the upazila have been informed about the annual recovery lesson plan along with the plan to fill the learning deficit. Regular academic supervision (direct and virtual) has been done as per the standards of the schools.
